We put Health & Safety first in everything we do. Period. We work on complex and high-profile construction projects where safety, professionalism, and attention to detail are paramount. We are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across every site, every team, and every task.
Our Approach:
· Zero Compromise Culture: We foster a ‘safety-first’ mindset at all levels of our organisation. Every member of our team is empowered to speak up and take responsibility for site safety.
· Accredited & Compliant: We are fully compliant with UK Health & Safety legislation and are working towards key accreditations that will allow us to even further pursue or Health & Safety vision.
· Trained Workforce: All operatives hold CSCS cards and receive regular training in site safety, working at height, safe use of equipment, COSHH, and more. Supervisors are SMSTS/SSSTS qualified. Task specific Qualifications such as IPAF and PASMA we also provide regular training for and our operatives hold these too.
· Safe Systems of Work: We carry out detailed risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) before every job. We ensure all works are executed in line with industry best practice and the Principal Contractor’s site-specific requirements. We carry out our own safety checks as well as external safety audits as well to fully cover all areas and give us the best information to move forward in a safe working environment.
· Sustainability & Welfare: We care about more than just compliance. Our practices consider environmental responsibility, mental health awareness, and the wellbeing of everyone on site.
